@DanPriceSeattle
It's a psychological thing. People like to think they have more in common with the billionaire then the unemployed person. Makes them feel a bit better about themselves. Believe me, we're all closer to that unemployed person than the billionaire.
@MetaLawMan
I'd estimate that maybe 5 people in our entire Federal government understand crypto at a proficient level. It's like trying to explain the internet to people who are still using typewriters.
@lostinhist0ry
I don't think most people understand how affordable real estate used to be. Even up until the 1970s you could buy good acreage on either coast for a few thousand bucks and then build whatever house you wanted within a middle class budget.
@caroljsroth
They don't get that the whole "green" energy transformation is going to take 50-100 years (if it actually happens). Today less than 1% of cars on US roads are fully electric. Oil is still king whether people like it or not.
@JoeBiden
Joe, your strategy of singling out the "MAGA Republicans" and trying to turn everyone against them is failing. This strategy likely came from some high priced consultants. I suggest you ask for your money back.
@stkirsch
@KimIversenShow
I'm one of the unvaccinated. The pressure from all sides was absolutely immense. It continued weekly for years. I just have a weird personality that makes me want to do the exact opposite of everyone else. Not sure what kept the other 25% motivated.
@AlexBerenson
Luckily, approximately 20% of Americans have not had one single shot. We are the "control group" in this experiment. We'll see how our results differ over the coming few years.
@ZorTrades
Agreed. And renting is way underrated. By renting a place to live cheap you can deploy your excess capital towards things that can make you a lot more money and build your net worth much, much faster than a house. "Owning" a home is a huge monthly money eater for most.
@KimDotcom
Don't forget that the entire US military industrial complex was jumpstarted by top Nazi scientists who were given a "pass" after WW2 to come work for Team America.
@gwestr
It looks like a repeat of 2007-2009 so far. If so, the last shoe to drop will be oil prices go parabolic, then everything crashes fast. I guess we'll see.
@TheLaurenChen
I think this is all somehow part of a war against biological women. I'm not sure what the end objective is though. It's all very strange...
@Wolff_ECllc
@WallStreetSilv
The only people I've seen buying now are ultra high net worth folks paying cash for homes in Jackson, WY, Telluride and places like that. Pretty crazy.
@The_Real_Fly
This sounds like a standard CIA engineered coup or insurrection, doesn't it? If he can pull it off, he gets $100 million or something and whatever passport he desires. Maybe I'm being too cynical...
@stkirsch
I think many (naturally skeptical) doctors knew about the clot risk before the vaccines were even released. They read the papers and made conclusions. Not much they could do about it though under the current system.
@joyfulattempts
@SystemSunday
100% true. If your marriage is at the point where you need to schedule "meetings" with each other in order to share your important feelings, you really need to reevaluate things.
@CorniaKen
@DavidSacks
It really is shameful. I mean, any kid on a high school debate team would have known instantly to pivot and put a positive spin on the meetings. Ughh.
@PrisonPlanet
Back in the day, very rich folks had their staff live with them. In fact, the staff got their own wing of the house with bedrooms, bathroom, lounge and even their own small kitchen and dining areas. I guess times have changed...
@BTC_for_Freedom
I like real estate and I work in the industry - it's paid my bills for years so I really can't bash it. But Bitcoin presents a new opportunity. It'll take years to play out in my opinion.
@Storiesofinjury
@johnlegend
He sounds like he's contractually obligated to say this - and there's someone off camera shaking a copy of the contract at him.
@UltraDane
This is complete insanity. Yes, in the 1800's we needed everyone we could get. Now we need highly skilled immigrants (doctors, engineers, etc.) This plan is going to go poorly.
@YardleyShooting
Tinnitus is lousy. I've had it for years off and on. I'm pretty sure it's from being a musician when I was younger. There's a whole community for tinnitus online. DM me if you want to know what worked for me.
@theRealKiyosaki
Robert, that's a really innovative idea. I've never heard anyone make that suggestion before. Yes, and the state should pay significant damages to the families.
@CartlandDavid
I'm 100% unvaccinated. Everyone I know is 100% vaccinated and boosted. Most of them have gotten COVID. Some several times. I've never had COVID. Someone needs to explain that I think.
@Ray_BlueThunder
Shooting someone in the back is bad form. But in this case, the robber was moving fast and still waiving his gun around. He could have quickly shot a couple customers on the way out the door. This guy made a reasonable decision.
@EsotericCD
Honestly, yes. If you don't align with your employer's vision you should be shown the door. If you do align, work harder and get rewarded. If you can't deal with that complexity, you're either an entrepreneur...or a deadbeat.
@DavidBCollum
The only businesses that are thriving are the ones closest to the Fed's money printing machine. For example, large NYC law firms have no problem charging over $2k an HOUR for ONE attorney's time right now. It's unsustainable of course, but get it while you can I guess.
@GRomePow
Liquor stores can do really well. But to make it profitable you have to work there yourself with family and minimize the number of employees. It's not a very good absentee business.
