At 6'8 with out a doubt Joe is the best LT in JUCO. He can lock down your best edge rusher and can also drive guys down the field and finish them. Joe is a freshman qualifier who never gave up a sack all year. Who ever takes Joe will not have to worry about the QBs blindside.
