Fact: college football is hard. Not for everyone. See it every year few days into fall camp. Guys walk away from scholarships & return home to become a "what if". Dont be that guy, stay committed. Everyone gets homesick & uncomfortable, stick it out, grind and itll be worth it.

2/4 Starting QBs left in the Playoffs were JUCO Prospects. More importantly, they were Qualifiers out of High School with 0 Division 1 offers. Without JUCO. We likely NEVER hear about @AaronRodgers12 & @JoshAllenQB . This level Changes lives.

4.0GPA or 1.5GPA if you dont have a FULL scholarship then go Junior College. Quit letting ur teachers & counselor lead u into debt by encouraging you to go straight to a 4yr school wout a good scholarship. Thank me later. Doesn't take a economist to see the cost difference.

Going D1 wont guarantee you an NFL spot and going D2 D3 NAIA DOES NOT mean you cant EARN an opportunity to play on Sundays. Plenty of guys go to D1s and we never hear from them again while some go to smaller schools & become NFL stars. Just Ball!

Theres JUCOs out there that have dorms, meals plans & scholarships. This isn't a struggle. Uall got it good. Be thankful! The 1s truly struggling are Cali MN ND IL JUCO guys. No scholarships, No meal plans or free housing.

Prospects at Scholarship JUCOs: Quit the "struggle" talks. You'll got dorms, meal plans & tuition. Be thankful!!! Got it good. Many Dudes at Non Scholarship JCs be having iffy living situations, near starving some nights & or working graveyard shifts to afford costs. Struggle!

Advice: If you have no offers relax and just focus on the season. Only a few select guys even have offers now. It's ok, many schools can offer you up until Summer of 2019, so you got time. Have faith, take care of your grades and put up more clips for your final highlight!

Talked to numerous guys on the phone regarding their visits. None of them was able to tell me what scheme they run or how many guys are returning at their position. Although, they got some nice photos for social media. The point: Treat a visit as a business trip not a vacation.

Plenty of guys sign to Power 5 schools & we never hear about them again while some go to smaller schools & go on to be NFL Stars. Just because your dream school said NO doesnt mean the NFL won't say YES. You just keep grinding & do your best no matter where you end up.

Fact: Just bc you have an Offer DOES NOT mean you are that schools #1 guy. If their top guys sign, they will pull offers. Lesson: Offers can be taken back. Thus, Keep all Options open and dont "bigtime" any Coach bc nothing is guaranteed until that Letter of Intent is signed.

Interesting Fact: NAIA,D3,JUCO & Even D2 Coaches have a very small recruiting budget. In fact, many times when these coaches visit u they are paying for travel costs on their own dime. Thus, respect their time. These coaches make incredible financial sacrifices to recruit well.

Offensive Linemen deserve more love. It's near impossible for anyone on offense to enjoy any type of success without them. By far the most critical unit to a teams success & a primary emphasis in recruiting for EVERY college program.

Signing to a Power 5 school doesnt guarantee you a spot in the league. Likewise, Signing to a small school doesnt mean you can't EARN a spot on Sundays. It's not the logo on a helmet but the drive & efforts of a man that a scout truly focuses on. Go where you are needed & ball.

Fact: Many big name recruits lose the starting job to a walk-on or under the radar signee. Why? There's something about being slept on, not wanted, feeling like noone believes in you that drives a man beyond what any scout will ever be able to measure.

Fact: Yes, California JUCOs Do Not Offer Scholarships but many of them (especially in Southern California) are located in PRIME recruiting areas where coaches recruit heavily. Thus, one major benefit of playing on the west coast.

Talked to a D1 Coach today about a few JC guys. He said "We dont recruit JUCO, they are knuckleheads" Response: u have Coaches on ur staff who are JUCO Products. Some of the best players+overall people uall ever meet are JUCO alums. Gotta Rethink that.
