A whole generation of 80's 90's white kids fondly remembers the gringo ground-beef tacos their moms made for them as children but with some embarrassment because the food is bland and "white-bread" but don't stop to realize their moms were cooking for the 6 yr old palate!

Since places such as vital farms are gaming the yolk color by putting marigolds in the feed, I now consider eggs to be "good" if the yolks are deep orange but not *all* the yolks in the carton have identical color -- some variation means the color is real, from pasture afaict

“Seed oil” is the wrong name for what you shouldn’t eat because some of the bad oils (soybean oil) don’t come from seeds and some of the acceptable oils (sesame oil) do come from seeds. The normie term for what you should avoid is “vegetable oil” — just call it vegetable oil
