I began 2023 weighing ~274 & was fighting to get to 260 as my base. I went carnivore June 1 but I still cheat & drink. I’m now 248 and looking forward to Carnivore month being strict! I’m traveling for work so it’ll be tough but I’m excited for the challenge! Let’s do this!

@NewDawn7411 I hear the same thing! Amazingly, these people are 20,30,40,50+... pounds overweight! I have gotten to my first goal weight of 245 (30lb drop) and now I'm med free! Working out and focused on body fat reduction now, not a scale target. You're an awesome inspiration!👍
