Not sure what I think about this. A healthy dog euthanized so that it could be buried with its owner. I am as bonded with my dogs as anyone and would rather they live the full length of their lives than have their lives ended just because mine did.

The wait for nice, fall weather is over. I am 99% confident that DC's next 90° day will not come for at least another 6 months. We're continuing to shed 2 1/2 min. of daylight per day. 12hrs, 1min, 3 sec on Saturday and 11hrs, 58 min, 33sec on Sunday. Make every second count!

We continue to add 2 1/2 minutes of daylight to each and every day. Thanks to the return of Daylight Saving Time, our sunsets will go past 7pm in less than 2 weeks. Best of all, we get 3 1/2 months of sunsets 8pm or later starting on May 1st. @nbcwashington

The knuckleheads are 5 years apart to the day. They turn 8 and 3 on April 1st. I love having 2 dogs. The older one teaches the younger. The younger keeps the older active and they keep each other company. #NationalPuppyDay
