Silver & club U20 record for Ben McMillan in the 1500m at @scotathletics #4Jathletics under 20 championships in 3:59.23. Ben beats the previous record of 4:02.59 by a certain Alastair Hay back in 2004. Ali went on to reach a commonwealth 1500 final. Something for Ben to aim for.
