2. While I can understand the position on the need for quick access in case of an emergency, a biometric storage device can be purchased for less than $80 on Amazon, which is a far smaller price to pay than a dead child.

Safe storage saves lives. If you are a gun owner with kids in the home, lock up your guns. My son died in a home where the boy who brought the gun out was “trained” but brought it out anyway. Kids are curious and teens feel invincible. Don’t make that mistake. Lock them up!
