Really shameful that a TV personality who is surrounded by union employees in the news business has no idea how unions work. Or is he deliberately misleading his viewers? Either way, not a good look for the news business. Credibility is key.

The NLRB has scheduled a union election for Volkswagen's Chattanooga factory to be held April 17-19, with ballot count the night of Friday 4/19. That's a pretty quick turnaround for a big election and should please the UAW.

Just keep organizing. It’s really that simple. If your guy wins the election, organize. If he loses, organize. If SCOTUS makes it harder to organize, organize. If they made it easy for us, we wouldn’t build power. And if you aren’t building power, you will never change this world
