The IDF hasbara is wearing thin and more Israels now question or outright dismiss the claims e.g. made against UNWRA as pathetically incompetent. Few believe the war can be 'won', many asking about the post war situation. Marwan Barghouti, not Abbas, is seen as a problem solver.

If the ICJ hearing is not being live broadcast on British TV then I think that will reflect how unserious our media is when it comes to politics. Pomp & mud-slinging might be profitable to broadcast but they can't expect to be respected as authoritative democratic interlocutors.

That said Haaretz and a couple of others such as Ynet remain largely the only major news organisations who are opposing the Govt. Despite the Knesset's move to shut down dissent over the narrative of Oct 7th ("a gestapo move") Govt won't shut them down b/c inevitable backlash.
