@CterminiPhD I’m so sick of this. By the way, I’ve also seen disproportionate amounts of negative comments directed towards women candidates & one of the biggest reasons women candidates look comparatively weaker on their CVs, is coz THEY ARE MADE TO DO FREE LABOR in labs they’ve worked in.

@TLowePower I would only release seq data at publication. I’d also want to protect my peeps (often ECRs) from being scooped which can really demoralize a team & has other career impacts. There is 0 control once data is public & also unfair to ask others to limit their research. Don’t do it!
