I am fortunate in my surroundings, exercise daily, have a lot of space etc., but by 9.00pm each day, I am whacked. I know I rise at 0600 but always do; this is something else🤔

The Flying Scotsman crosses Ribblehead in the Yorkshire Dales en route from Liverpool along Settle & Carlisle Railway. Opened in 1876, the 72-mile line takes in 20 viaducts, 14 tunnels & beautiful vistas. Returning in 2016, the steam locomotive has been hauling passenger tours.

Just had moving privilege of attending wake for DMX, on @joinClubhouse with @MCHammer . On the 9th, 5 years ago, my father died. This year we lost the Duke of Edinburgh & #DMX . For all who suffers loss; these words come to mind on what people leave behind & we are blessed by it.
