True story: the reason The Simpsons dropped in quality was because all the old writers were gone by season 10. They went on to make, direct, and write for, Futurama and King of the Hill. The current Simpsons writers have been treading water for over 20 years now.

I'm fascinated with this Nintendo 64 game called Wonder Project J2, It's one of the few 2D games in it, with a cute art style and really good animations. You assist a robot girl and teach her to be a human after her creator has died. It has a very interesting plot aswell.

I got fed up with D&D when I was a kid because no one knew how to play the game and everyone had different rules. When I asked why I was greeted with hippie-esque "it's all imagination so make up whatever rule you want!" So I moved to video games where the rules were concrete.

The majority of people who leave high school these days never read again. High school destroys reading for teenagers and they carry it into adulthood. "Mundane" stories being forced on them doesn't help.

And part of the problem is there's a huge dearth of good action adventure books on the shelves for them these days. 1/?
