If you're a streamer embrace dead air. Don't panic if viewers are low. Fill silences with engaging commentary or music, not awkward silence. You can even discuss your thought process is for whatever you are doing in your game to give insight to the audience about taken actions.

Please don't complain about the number of ads continuously throughout a streamers stream. Twitch forces partners and affiliates to run ads. On top of that it just makes the streamer feel horrible that there is nothing that they can do to help you avoid the ads.

Fun idea if you're going to a twitch meetup or a twitchcon and you don't want to have to wear a flimsy name, tag or sticker, create a name tag out of wood and put magnets on the back. This way you have a reusable name tag that you can use at every event you go to.

Stream Etiquette 101: Don't come into a streamers stream and tell them to focus playing the game rather than chatting. The streamer makes the rules and sets the environment. Not the viewer.

Just a reminder that just because a streamer doesn't have a rule written in their rules section does not mean that it does not exist. If a streamer tells you something is unacceptable or that you are being warned, listen and don't argue with them. We don't like to ban people.
