One thing I wish I saw more on bookish social media: folks buying old and used books. I love to see people hunting down vintage covers and first editions. We should try to celebrate the second R in reduce, reuse, recycle as much as we celebrate new covers with sprayed edges.

Surgery went well yesterday. It took about two hours and the surgeon didn't see anything obvious, so hopefully the pathology report is clear! My throat hurts more from the breathing tube. I had a fair bit of nausea this go around. Boo. Thanks for all your messages and support
