3/ If you have even 1 actor in your entire scene that is being animated and also a guard spawner, your map will be unplayable. You can even place guards on animated objects this way, However their navigation will be strange (Facing walls ect.) Hope that helps!

2/ This happens when Guards are trying to navigate a path when there is an actor in your scene that is being animated, usually by a Cinematic Sequence Device, The fix is to turn off "Can Ever Affect Navigation" on all actors that are being animated.
