So I don't know if y'all realized this, but Melee at Genesis is on pace to go UP from last year, which would be a first for Genesis. G6 Melee Singles had 844 ppl reg'd on the Monday before the deadline. G7 has 890 right now. 1107 is the number to beat, let's make it happen!

Melee's story is never finished. Samox gave himself an extremely difficult task this time by taking a more timeline-based approach to the doc. It needs to render itself complete after Apex 2015 whereas we all today have the benefit of contextualizing it with almost 6 more years.

10 yrs ago today I started on a crazy journey as a TO, helping run what was by far the biggest smash event ever to that point. The venue was 8,000 sq ft and drew almost 600 ppl. I thought it was likely the pinnacle of what smash could be G6 was over 60k sqft with ~4500 attendees

One of my earliest memories is watching Jeopardy with my mom in the late 80s. We watched Jeopardy together a lot especially as she herself was fighting cancer. I take the Jeopardy online test every year. Hoping for the best for Alex, he's been a significant part of my life.

I talked with Dr Piggy about this case many times, and everything she says here is completely consistent with our discussions. I never heard Nairo mentioned in connection with this case until yesterday.

The 64 guys are 100% correct here and are the last people anyone should blame about Genesis 6 running late The schedule we put together was too optimistic on time. In the future Genesis Sunday will plan around things going long but have extra content on deck if things run short

For everyone blaming 64 for the delays @ Genesis 6 on Sun 64 was given a 2 hr block The production started 2:51:34 into the stream The first game started at 2:56:00 The last game ended at 4:55:45 The production ended (replays etc) at 5:01:43 Matches ran inside of the 2 hr block
