At a press conference this afternoon, Mayor Adams says the city will soon be rolling out a subway safety info campaign, to teach people how to be vigilant. He then chides female passengers he recently saw standing in "isolated areas" late at night. "That is just unsafe." #2022

This weekend, the Davidson County Sheriff's Office lost its 1st inmate to #COVID19 . The woman was 64. What struck me most is the charge that landed her in jail: missing a court date. She skipped a hearing for a DUI charge, & her bond was set at $500,000. She died 8 weeks later.
