@JoshHarder My bill jumped to over $500 dollars this month. PG&E sent out a rep who had the nerve to tell me if I am unhappy with PG&E to go to one of their competitors. I let him know to not say that to me that’s unacceptable. I was told the best solution was to turn off the heater.
