@Kianangih First of all, it'll be difficult for any bank to open a $ account without an employment letter. Second, you don't have to let the bank (you'll use) change the $ to Kshs for you. He/she can withdraw the $ notes then walks to the many bureaus in the CBD to change to Kshs. Avoid KCB

Right there is the reason a single tomato is going for 15 bob in the market. They're all going bad in the farms due to transport paralysis. Rombo, Loitokitok is the main supplier of tomatoes and onions to Marikiti, Kongowea and Karatina markets.
