@thejackhopkins My husband has advanced dementia and lives in a special care unit at a nursing home. A few years before he went into the home, he talked like Trump does now and we laughed. As his thinking got more confused, he got more demanding, aggressive, punitive and, finally, violent. Fyi.

@Strandjunker Love it! My husband was in an adult daycare program that happened to be across the street from an elementary school. Once a week, first graders visited. Each child had an "adopted" grandparent who read to them, did puzzles, sang and spent 1/2 hour w/them. Both groups prospered.

@thejackhopkins @careaware It's also in the domestic abuser's handbook. Cast doubt on the sanity of the abused partner. Create chaos. Say one thing/do another. Make baseless accusations. Start fights then play victim. Blame the real victim. Physically/mentally exhaust the abused partner. Rinse/repeat.
