In relation to Dermot Kennedy’s comment- Over the weekend I was harassed by a journalist to make a comment. The journalist wouldn’t leave me alone. My only comment on this matter is “You will never reach your destination if you stop and throw stones at every dog that barks”.

Appalled and disappointed. The new advisory committee on women and women’s stories in the national cultural collections. No deaf women. No disabled women. No Traveller women. Respect & recognition doesn’t apply to us. Our histories are rich and dynamic when it comes to surviving.

#COVID19 Nursing homes. Much of my twenties was spent living in a nursing home. Alongside older ppl, there are many ppl with disabilities/impairments living in nursing homes and residential centres due to the housing crisis. It must be very frightening for them at the moment.
