Graham Blanks has not gotten enough love for his NCAA Championships 6th place 10k and 2nd place 5k finish. That is such a hard double. Let alone in 90 degree temps. Will be one of the favorites for the NCAA Cross title in the fall.

In 2019 a 3:36 low would probably win you most domestic 1500m races. In 2021 it took a 3:34. Now it takes 3:32. This performance level required to compete at the top just keeps climbing at an extraordinary rate.
