Seriously, traders are being misled, EFRIS is system not tax. Secondly, Efris is supposed to help @URAuganda track the tax which these traders are pocketing, yet they charge it on customers. For example, I buy a boda boda from Ndeba, pay Ugx5.5m,VAT is 990k a trader wants eat it.
