"I CREATED this art with an AI! It's mine!"
Could you create it without having fed that machine art you didn't license or own?
"Well. No."
Then you didn't create anything. You stole. You're a thief.
When are we gonna see some actual lawsuits here? Lawyer up!
I'm begging you twitter. Please stop showing me people's likes. I'm BEGGING you. If they wanted me to see it, they'd retweet it. And if I mute someone's retweets? I DON'T WANT TO SEE THEIR LIKES AS A WORKAROUND!!!!!!!
Wtf is this site good for? Truly.
I'll never forget when Mortal Kombat came out, how worked up everyone's parents were. My older brother had secretly rented the game and while we were playing one night, we turned around to see our dad had suddenly materialized like Batman. He'd seen everything...
The room went dead silent before he suddenly said, "This is it?"
My brother, his friends and I all look at each other not knowing what to say except... "Yeah?"
My dad just goes, "This is so stupid. Go ahead and play it." And just kinda wanders off.
I remember saying at the pitch, "If I was a kid who watched this show religiously, this is where I'd stop."
Absolutely fearlessly funny and strangely heartfelt. That's the soul of KO.
I often get asked about the pilot, and for the most part we just remade it into "Bao Bao's Revenge." You can even see some animation (by me!) that got reused here.
But this scene is also an example of how this story later evolved. Shame we lost this gag though!
Mao Mao leg guide for animators. His legs aren't super realistic by any means, but they still provide challenges. Eventually I just made run and walk cycles myself that could be reused and reworked. Beyond that we also tried to provide special-poses to clarify the legs.
Happy 20th anniversary Final Fantasy IX! You're the pinnacle of the series when it comes to theme, art direction, and character. One of only 2 games to ever bring me to tears. Fly high, Sakaguchi's Swan Song!
I guess these two are just unsure when Mario's 35th anniversary ends and Zelda's 35th anniversary begins. Is it tomorrow? Is it forever like the year of Luigi?
