I'll respectfully disagree.
If we're talking from a positional-only standpoint - that position alone, and not the time spent in it - then I understand your point
But sitting for long periods of time is a risk factor for back pain and doesn't defy logic.
Does SITTING cause back pain?
Hard NO.
At one time I believed sitting was a risk factor for back pain. Why?
Supposedly this was an obvious fact, and its a common belief in fitness industry...
but it also defies all actual logic and evidence.
