Janice Burgess, creator of The Backyardigans has sadly passed away at 72. Beyond creating that show, she was the vice president of Nick Jr, and had a hand in many Nick/Nick Jr shows, such as Gullah Gullah Island, Bubble Guppies, Tania, Winx Club, and many more. RIP ๐

Planned to be located in China, the park would contain seven themed lands that you would travel to via the iconic orange blimp. The park started construction in 2017, stopping in 2020 due to COVID-19.

While no "CatDog" costume was ever publicly used, according to Hannan, the costume was produced and he "saw footage of it in action".

Fun Fact: not only were the Simpsons team given permission to use the characters by Nick, but the late Chris Reccardi actually did the layouts for this scene at Film Roman! (sadly uncredited in the episode's credits)
On February 19th, actor Jansen Panettiere passed away at the young age of 28.
While he had performed multiple roles, for Nicktoons fans, he was the voice of Truman X from "The X's", and the voice of Perriwinkle in the 6th season of "Blue's Clues"
May he rest in peace.

Allegedly, this appearance lead to Nickelodeon becoming a lot more strict on tom playing SpongeBob in non-official productions due to its adult nature.
"Nick Clickables" were a series of free desktop toys that you could download from Nickelodeon's website. The series included SpongeBob, Timmy Turner, and Spike from Rugrats. [2003]
