I don’t wear underwear to the gym ever and people always ask ‘where does your discharge go, does it go down your leg’ ??? like BFFR. if yours is running down your leg you gotta see a doctor ASAP
no amount of negative comments on any platform will stop me spreading awareness about gym harassment and poor gym etiquette because this is wild. the sooner (some) men realise they can’t just say and act how they wish, the better.
the ideal that women should maintain a specific weight through every age and course of their life, needs to be voided. The obsession with tracking women’s weight does also.
I was working out in the corner and a man randomly came and attempted to shove a mat underneath me because it’d ‘be more comfortable’. If he asked whether I wanted it I wouldn’t mind but I think abruptly doing so and invading my space is weird even if you are just ‘being nice’.
These are the ONLY TWO exercises I do/did to tone my stomach:

- Weight standing ab twists
Both work your DEEP core muscles.
I was polite even though it made me feel a bit uncomfortable but I’m posting to shed light (once again) that even if you mean well, if your approach is wrong then it’s an issue. Asking can go a long way rather than just attempting to shove something underneath someone
one of the craziest things I saw was someone asking a tiktoker why she’s getting another BBL when she’s already had so much surgery and she made a video responding explaining that her parents abused her so much that she doesn’t want to look anything like them
this “if she was attracted to him, she wouldn’t have posted this” is silly bc the guy is attractive but it’s nothing to do with that.

your glutes aren’t growing because you’re not squatting BELOW PARALLEL.
This is why DEPTH in your squats is important, otherwise you’re only hitting them quads!
You don’t need to do every workout you see on Instagram! Here’s the formula:
compound exercises + isolation exercises at a high volume + low rep range alongside progressive overload + a high protein diet.
EXPLAINED..
GIRLS I promise you, to grow your glutes all you need to do are these FIVE exercises over and over again!
- Hip thrusts
- RDLs (Romanian deadlift)
- Bulgarian split squats
- Hyperextensions
- Step ups
Increase the weights gradually and repeat these every booty day🫶🏾
it’s also crazy because I had 80kg on top of me, if I was triggered and wanted to stand up or move quickly I couldn’t have. all it takes is to read the room and act accordingly
also any sweat is nasty, regardless of where on your body it came from. leaving machines and benches with your sweat on it & walking away is gross
As long as you’re wiping down equipment after each exercise it’s all good👍🏾

High volume + low rep =
stopping the 3 x 12 sets you’ve been doing and instead opting for 3 x 6 (3 sets of 6 reps) or 5 x 5 (5 sets of 5 reps)
Decreasing the rep range means you’ll be able to lift HEAVIER and that is what you need to build those glutes!

DO CARDIO AFTER YOUR WEIGHTS.
Weights require energy! If you use up your energy with cardio before, you won’t be able to lift/push yourself for as many reps when using weights
1. SALMON, RICE & VEG
This is my go-to! If you have me on insta you’ll know this. Salmon is ridiculously high in protein meaning if you’re working out consistently, and getting this much protein in, you’ll gain appropriately. Sainsbury’s salmon fillet = 21.5g of protein
2. HIP THRUSTS
There are many hip thrust variations but primarily they’ll hit your glutes directly. This exercise is one of the number one ways to build your glutes. IF YOU’RE NOT DOING HIP THRUSTS, YOU’RE DOING LEG DAY WRONG
