High volume + low rep = stopping the 3 x 12 sets you’ve been doing and instead opting for 3 x 6 (3 sets of 6 reps) or 5 x 5 (5 sets of 5 reps) Decreasing the rep range means you’ll be able to lift HEAVIER and that is what you need to build those glutes!
