It's now official because I told the kids yesterday. I'm retiring at the end of this school year. That's 36 years teaching Algebra and coaching football and a few assorted other sports. It's been a good run but it's time. Now to figure our what I want to do when I grow up.

Underrated, script your scout team. Kids hide when you ask for scouts. Don't ask. Post scout teams in the locker room pre practice and you won't waste time. Also quit doing tons of team at a time. Scout team guys get bored and your look goes from bad to worse
