Lot of debate on stray dogs. Here are some thoughts from my limited experience so far 1. People show care for strays by feeding them. Better care is getting strays vaccinated annually against rabies. Dogs are scavengers and will find food if you dont feed them.

Good to speculate abt sugar stocks in talks, but not to invest hard earned money. Input cost set by the govt in the form of FRP Fair Remunerative Price to farmers for cane. Output cost set by the govt as sugar is a controlled commodity. Ergo, operating margin set by the govt

For several years, every morning I would see Tushar at Shivaji park. Exercising at his spot, with 4-5 dogs waiting for him to pet them. My dog too religiously stopped there to play with him. Tushar passed away yesterday at that very spot with a sudden heart attack.

if one is interested in taking exposure in real estate then one can: - Invest in REITS - If you have sizeable capital then directly buy property - Or stick to only top-notch listed companies with good credibility and track record of project completions.

Receipts Out of the 90,000 sq ft lets say 50,000 sq ft. has been sold @ rs25,000/sq ft. Of this the payment received is say rs5,000/sq ft and balance is to be recd as per slab completion So inflows are 25crs. “sold receivables” are 100cr

I only came to know of his name today. used to call him “dope” bcos he wore this same Tshirt everyday with “dope” written on it. He used to know me just by my dog. Morning walks feel incomplete without dope. He was 52, a very happy and kind man. May his soul rest in peace.
