We’ve done a full test “as live” broadcast of a rugby match from Cyncoed for the first time tonight. With 3 cameras, 2 commentators, a pitch side reporter, live in-game interviews, replays & a full build up with VTs & guests A rehearsal for #Varsity19 in April. Nailed it.

When we launched Cardiff Met Sport TV ( @CMetSportTV ) 5yrs ago it was initially a vehicle for broadcast/media students to gain real-world practical experience. It’s now become a channel in its own right, a tool for recruitment & a way of keeping our athlete’s families connected.
