South Wales Police have said there were around 275,000 people in Cardiff city centre on Saturday night, following the Wales Ireland #SixNations game. A LOT of drinking going on. No segregation of fans. They have also said that there no major incidents. None. Zero. #Rugby ♥️

In August 2020 I was 278lbs, and in February 2021 I'm 218lbs. In the interim there were two lockdowns, the gyms closed and I got Coronavirus. If you want to get healthier there's no secret, you just need want to it, and then eat less, exercise more and be honest with yourself. 👍

In the two months months leading up to Christmas Eve I lost 30lbs, by eating clean, not drinking and training every day. In the three days since Christmas Eve I appear to have gained 30lbs, by eating everything, drinking constantly and counting walking to the toilet as exercise.

Bloody hell. What a game of rugby. Fiji and Wales so well matched. Cruel that someone had to lose that one. But very glad that it was Fiji. Welsh tackling was, and had to be, immense. I think both of these sides could progress. I certainly hope they do. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🇫🇯 #RWC

In twenty years of going to The Hay Festival I’ve stood in a line to get a book signed by the author a grand total of three times; Eric Sykes, Ronnie Corbett and this absolute gentleman. Michael Parkinson was hands down the best at what he did. No question. This made my year. 💜

Well I believe there was a lack of evidence. Incidentally, if you're wondering where Downing Street is, it's the one under constant surveillance by @metpoliceuk cameras. To find Number 10, look for the big black door, with a PC from the Met standing outside it, 24 hours a day. 👍

Full disclosure, as a Welsh man I will not be overly upset if Italy win #EURO2020 although if England do win, but then when Raheem Sterling lifts the cup, all the players & Southgate take a knee, as every gammon's head explodes simultaneously, like in Kingsman, it will be superb.
