Maya harassed no one at work did not use hate speech or express anti trans views . She tweeted that sex is immutable and cannot be changed. This idea offended some of her colleagues. Instead of allowing a discussion her cowardly think tank employer decided not to renew her job.

She was writing about international development issues since all development funding is made on the basis of sex and not gender. To discuss self identity in such a case is what policy makers have to do .

The judge admitted that UK Law admits only two sexes so how can that also be ‘ not worthy of respect in a democratic society’. He’s a judge ! Isn’t the Law what he is meant to uphold . I don’t get it.
