A huge disservice we're doing to the ecosystem is if we expect the brightest folks to buy their first crypto off of an CEX. It sets them off on exactly the wrong trajectory. Buying crypto optimizes for dumping. Earning crypto optimizes for holding.

Surprising outcome of the other tweet I put out for folks to try out what we've built is we got a list of devs and where they are in India :) Bangalore clearly single largest hub Delhi, Mumbai, Pune have significant gravity Surprising to see Ahmedabad, Chennai and Kolkata…

I've talked to 30+ devs and looked at 300+ resumes in the last 2 weeks. Resumes are such a bad way to communicate how good a dev you really are. It's a great way to hide incompetency though. So, I made a tool to cut through crap. A resume that matters :
