The clock and putting in minimal effort to collect a paycheck. That dynamic, in my opinion is the biggest reason they lose good operators because they’re expected to carry the load and pick up all the slack but not really rewarded for it. Just two cents worth.

Walking into Verizon today, Jack (12) asks "what's Vape Arcade (store next door) Dad?" Me "well it's where douchey losers go to get vaping stuff" J:"O ok". Walk out 10 min later & I SHIT U NOT 2 spots over is my ex waving from the truck while her husband is inside the vape store

Cant retain them once they’ve gained experience. No one wants to put in the hours , etc (yes the hours do suck sometimes) but then I come across help wanted ads like this, “Applicator, sprayer wanted $14-20/hr” sorry guys, that isn’t going to cut it.
