Stepped on a scale today at the doctor’s office and didn’t have to turn around so I wouldn’t see the number and didn’t have a meltdown in my car afterward even though I’ve gained 10lbs. My body is so much happier and healthier and I’m nearing 1 year without a relapse 🥰🥰
