This morning I will layout HB 16, the “Texas Born-Alive Infant Protecfion Act,” to the House Committee on Judiciary & Civil Jurisprudence. HB 16 strengthens protections for infants who survive abortions, reaffirming that the #txlege will continue to #StandforLife
