Ight so my process was simple, large cardio between January and april. 4-5 times a week at least 3 miles. Weight trained 6 days a week. Back/arms, chest, legs, all 2 times a week.
Food wise high protein aka lean meat but only chicken and Turkey i stayed away from red meat. Eggs, brown rice, whey protein, all veggies, almond milk, beans, cheese and pre workout. Hope this helps.
