Yesterday I popped into @TVP_Bicester & I met Police staff investigator Sally Yates. 24 years ago as PC Yates, Sally took me on a ride along & cemented my decision to join the police! We dealt with a dog bite where she held a dog line up to find the culprit! I applied that week!

Went for a run early this morning before starting my #dutysupt cover. Found a gate had been left open in a field and baby lambs had escaped! Did my best to round them up but I won’t be giving up the day job & becoming a farmer anytime soon! Here’s a photo of them safe again!

Today was @ThamesVP @tvpsouthandvale Superintendent Dave Horsburgh's last day before retirement! I was privileged to give a speech at his sending off & listen to lots of stories about his career! He will be greatly missed but I'm hoping he comes back as a @TVP_Cadets leader!
