I believe in web3, but right now, it feels like a pay-to-play system. And the people collecting membership fees are those at the top of the pyramid. I do find the underlying technology of NFTs to be interesting and I think it'll be here to stay. Just not in the form of jpgs.

Here's a behind-the-scenes look at the hair. To make this, we parse an SVG path into an array of Bezier curves and map the x-coordinates onto a sine wave. We then animate them and stitch back into an SVG in realtime.

I can't count the times I've referred back to old code from take-home projects. They get a lot of hate for how much time they take, but scaffolding a project for a given stack provides a great starting point for future projects. It's worth it even if you don't get the position.

@dylanatsmith @github I'm pretty sure this happens due to rounding pixel sizes at small sizes. If you have 16px and scale 67%, the icon is tiny so a < 0.5px rounding error leads to wobbling – to fix this, you can apply the transformation on a larger icon and scale down after:
