In 2006,my brother was going to law school, he wrote letters to the local government office to help in paying his school fees. None of the letters were attended to or was he considered. In 2015, he was appointed into same office, we found his letters in file archives as approved

Not only that we found his 2006 letters as approved and undisbursed. In 2016 the same man that sat on his letters had his son applying for law school to pay law school fees. When my brother saw the boy's application, he shed tears and said I will not be like his father.
