If you don't have loans, you should work in a low-paying, highly interesting, apprentice style job out of college. People working high-paying jobs out of college have a subconscious price floor for their salaries, preventing them from doing interesting things in the future.

HDFC bank offers 4.25% interest on savings accounts. Inflation in India is ~4.10%. Effectively, the average person is making only 0.15% on their savings. For an emerging market like India, that seems crazy. Am I missing something??

When we raised our Series A last year, we spoke with 2 Indian VCs who were invested in competitors. They begged us to be in the round, explaining there was no conflict. After we shared our diligence materials we never heard back from them. Our competitors got all our data.
