This morning my friend called me at 8:00 AM and asked me if I was up. She was at my door with smoothies. About twenty minutes later my mom called and told me my grandmother passed away. She called my friend this morning and asked her to come be with me so I wouldn’t be alone. 🥹

Anytime I see someone joke about covid it blows me. My sister was 29. Couldn’t be vaccinated because of her kidney and pancreas transplant. Got COVID at a check up she had to go to for the transplants and was dead a week later. Society doesn’t care but it’s simply not funny.

We were/are maskers, avid hand washers, up to date on COVID vaccinations and boosters, and for the most part keep a low profile in terms of isolated events, etc. That wasn’t enough. All of us were high risk and no one cared about vulnerable and high risk populations.

To recap - took @delta flight 907 today and when I arrived a pitbull - who is not a service animal (not neutered and the woman said emotional support) - was in my seat. She hit her vape. The flight attendants did nothing about this. I have dog hair on me. I want a refund.

After I wrapped on Them last October I never found another job. My prayer to God was for Him to do something - anything - before the end of April. My unemployment runs out this weekend. In true God fashion He blessed me with a faculty role at Cornell and I closed on my indie.

@iBaseball_1 She didn’t tell my friend first. If you scroll down my page you see that yesterday was the anniversary of my sister’s passing. She reached out to my friend in general to come be with me knowing that I would be receiving bad news. My friend was not aware that my grandma died.

Majority of service dogs are neutered. Her’s isn’t. The dog barked. The dog was trying to eat the food on our row. The dog was not trained. She took the dog to the bathroom several times so he could use it. Trained service dogs don’t do this.

My grandmothers long time friend had her colon cancer removed today. My grandma passed from colon cancer after she had a stroke. Her friend is very close to our family and we just got the call that she’s cancer free. Praise God. Whew. I’m grateful. 🥹🙏🏾
