NYPD is so useless😭 they told a platform full of passengers at Queensboro plaza that there were no N trains and to take the shuttle bus. There is no shuttle bus, the train came and everyone missed it, and the next one is 25 mins away

Yeah, and why is this? Because you can walk out of a West End theater show and catch an underground train in 3-4 minutes. London runs more trains at 9:30 at night than NYCT runs at rush hour (and in the evenings and weekends, forget it!)
