Can hardly express how pleased I am with the final result!
Should’ve added the turnips a bit earlier but veggies were beautifully crunchy while the meat was perfectly well done! Perfect!

Fantastic! Except that the meat was too dry. They only sell very lean meat for stew instead of shoulder!
