For @DrTonyGillie ! When I say #SansSulfites , I mean without ADDED sulphates. After a 55+ year career of drinking wine I have at last (or at least?) understood that there always are some sulphates, even in natural wine. Sans sulfites is French, by the way. Á bon entendeur salut.
