1/ NFTs as JPEGS will not be the dominant mental model of what they are in the future. Feels very much like "NFT 1.0" which is probably worth coining because similar to "Web X.0," the scale of NFTs' impact will be similar.

If you're building a DAO, you need to design rules that protect your organization from death by a million suggestions. It's way easier to throw out ideas than to shoot them down, but your DAO needs a clear goal and focus is crucial. The bar for suggesting an idea should be high.

Tricky balance for founders in a bear market, particularly in crypto. You need to maintain conviction and not pivot away from strong ideas with good fundamentals. But at the same time, if you’re pre-PMF you can’t just stand still and tell yourself the market will catch up.

Would you use this? Problem: People get blocked while waiting for decisions from other people. People delay decisions because they get lost in email or they can't say no. Product: Software that lets you easily request a concrete decision from someone else in your company.
