Bodies of water are magical things. I was paralyzed by anxiety while on vacation last week, and kayaking on a quiet lake felt like untying all the knots that had been tightly wound up inside me. The best. I’m glad your walk helped! ❤️

To me, it’s like my brain is a thermos that’s too hot inside so there’s weird pressure, and doing light physical activity around water is finally opening the thermos to release all steam 😍
