I actually love that the young girls are into skincare. I didn’t know how to really care for my skin until I was an adult. Having a little regimen is not growing up too fast, it’s teaching hygiene and self care in formative years when they are also learning about their bodies.

Also CBD. As a regular smoker since 14, I was not convinced that CBD would do anything for me and I was wrong. I smoke so I prefer the flower to the gummies. I smoke it alone, mixed with thc or mixed with herbs like lavender. I love that I get the calm without the high if needed.

I limit my coffee and black tea intake, I don’t drink it after noon because stimulant and it makes me restless later in the day. Reefer. For some weed makes them paranoid/anxious but I don’t deal with that thankfully. I prefer Sativa heavy hybrids. I can’t do any kind of downer.

my dad used to say even on days you don’t feel like it/don’t have shit to do, when you get up; get washed up, put your smell goods on and get dressed, even if its just fresh pajamas. Because when shit gets chaotic your routine/habits will keep you grounded and you’ll feel better.

I study herbs, I love both culinary and medicinal herbs so of course thats the first place I turned, to the earth. I chose to use both supplements and incorporate fresh and dried in the easiest way to ingest them, in my food.

WE do not typically do disordered eating like everybody else. Some do but is it common? Would your mother/granny let you throw up your meals and waste food bc your fat? No! We don’t do it the same way so it “doesn’t count”. That’s the damn point. We can’t heal their way either.

People do a lot of dating things out of a sense of obligation, I believe. The good morning texts, the wyd 5x a day. They think thats expected or necessary to show interest. Its just predictable 🤷🏾‍♀️
