7/8 years ago I was stood with a group of dads at Chalky Road Rec watching coaches trying to control a group of excited young footballers. Today I’ll be stood at St Georges Park watching two of those boys play against Man Utd. What a journey and what great memories.

So important to include you GKs in your outfield sessions. More interaction in the movement patterns and in/out of possession gives the GK a much better idea of how the players in front of them play. Our GK is basically a CM with gloves on...or at least he thinks he is.
