@linusrogge i agree with you, and i have a hypothesis as to why this happens: 1. it’s hard to train junior people... it’s a lot of time to invest, and a lot of companies don’t have that: - startups move too fast (they hire 1 designer to handle it all, so if they hire a jr, that’s slowing
